Mass Value in Python

I recently outlined the concept of mass value here and thought that it might be useful to give people the tools to explore it themselves.

The calculation presented in the paper is a bit fiddly; its a Taylor series of a cubic equation that doesn't seem to have a nice analytical solution (I didn't look very hard though to be fair - doesn't seem a good use of my time). I have thus presented in the form of a Python program here that can be downloaded and freely used under an Apache license.

Simply running it will offer a prompt to enter mass and delta-v values, and do the calculation for you using the current basic method. Its designed to be imported into your own programs though.
